Delivery Information
Estimated delivery times are provided as a general guide and may vary. Please note the following:
- Delivery estimates apply to metropolitan areas; regional deliveries may experience longer transit times.
- International shipments may face delays due to customs procedures and capacity limitations.
- Customs authorities in Australia and other countries may hold orders for clearance. We will inform you of any delays when possible.
- Estimated delivery times reflect transit duration only and do not include customs processing.
- International delivery fees do not cover duties or taxes that may be applicable.
- Our premises is located in Sydney and is closed on weekends and public holidays.
- During promotional periods, order dispatch may be delayed due to high demand.
Order Tracking
- All shipments are tracked regardless if they are standard or express.
- A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Home Delivery
- If no one is home, parcels will be left in a safe location if available. If not, a notification card will be left, and the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office.
- Delivery personnel may record the drop-off location or take a photo as proof of delivery.
- Once delivered to your address, the parcel is considered received.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels where signature release was requested after dispatch.
Click & Collect
- Please wait for your READY TO PICKUP email before collecting your order.
- Bring your CONFIRMATION EMAIL and photo ID to collect your order.
- Orders will be held for seven days. Uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
- To authorise someone else to collect your order please contact us directly.
Customs and Import Duties
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country.
- The recipient is responsible for all applicable import fees, taxes, and customs charges.
- Refused deliveries will result in the recipient covering original shipping fees, applicable duties/taxes, and return shipping costs.
